Waveform Analysis (Time Domain) Training
.
.
This is 1 day of training, Monday October 20th.
About the course:
This one day course on Time Waveform Analysis explores the use and benefits of the time domain. The course covers how to apply time domain analysis to a variety of analysis tasks, how to “re-wire” our frequency minded thinking to the time domain, and how to collect time domain data that is meaningful. Intended for individuals with Category 2 or higher certification, there are a number of exercises where participation is required. Various case studies are used throughout to stimulate conversation and emphasize the principles covered. Attendees are expected to contribute to the course dialogue and will be required to perform calculations and answer questions.
$1,125 (after Aug 31st – $1,250)*
*Can combine this course with Rotor Balance Training (October 21st) for $1,800 (After Aug 31st – $2,000)
Course Topics:
- The time – frequency relationship
- How to collect effective time domain data
- The importance of sample rate, sample size, and units of measure
- The 7 principles of time analysis
- Waveform shape analysis
- Measuring and monitoring waveform shape parameters
- Time domain plots and markers (cursors)
Know the Instructor:
