Upon your arrival

PRE-REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS

If you registered  before October 5th and you have already paid your registration fees:

Please go directly to the registration office off the Main Lobby on Thursday October 12 starting 7:15 a.m.

On this occasion, we will give you:

• • your identity card that will give you access to the event
  • your Happy Hour passport
  • your ticket for the networking dinner, if you purchased one
  • a coupon for a free drink at the Happy Hour
  • instructions for getting a QR code reader
  • … and a surprise!

UNREGISTERED PARTICIPANTS

• You did not register before October 5th?
• You did not pay your registration fees yet?
• You will arrive on Thursday October 12 after 10 a.m.?
• You will arrive on Friday October 13?

Please go to Trade Show Hall and our staff will be more than happy to register you on site.
