CMVA Welcomes New Executive Director

The Canadian Machinery Vibration Association (CMVA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Beth Firth as Executive Director, effective July 18, 2025.
Mrs. Firth joined CMVA in late 2024 as Administrative Assistant and quickly became an integral part of the organization, working closely with the former Executive Director during a planned leadership transition. Her deep understanding of CMVA’s operations and ISO/IEC 17024 obligations has positioned her well to lead the association into its next chapter.
Mrs. Firth brings over a decade of experience in non-profit leadership, strategic planning, and community-based education. She holds a Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management with Honours, a Certificate in Business Administration, and language certifications in French and Spanish. Her proven track record in building partnerships, managing programs, and driving organizational growth reflects her commitment to excellence and service.
Under Mrs. Firth’s leadership, CMVA remains committed to upholding the highest standards and expanding our impact for members across Canada and beyond as we continue to foster a strong and connected professional community.
